At EcoLustra, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer free returns within 90 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be more than 50% full to qualify for a return if you are not satisfied with the product.

• Returns must be initiated within 90 days of receiving your order.

• To begin a return, please contact our support team at contact.ecolustra@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or broken during shipping, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

• If the product is broken or damaged after delivery due to customer handling, we unfortunately cannot accept a return or issue a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
